◇My time

We serve fusion cuisine that blends traditional Kyoto-style Japanese dishes with Western ingredients, featuring creative selections as well as healthy tempura fried using a molecular cooking device paired with freshly cooked clay pot rice, all accompanied by an extensive drinks menu highlighted by sake.

The store name is derived from the Kyoto dialect 'Jibundoki,' meaning 'the appropriate time for something / the set meal time of the day.'
In a completely private room featuring soft lighting and white wood that exudes both style and a comforting warmth,
you can relax and enjoy a leisurely, unhurried experience.
