　Daiichi Kosho Co., Ltd. will open a new sushi and tempura all-you-can-eat restaurant concept, 'Sushiya Hare no Hi' (pronounced: Sushiya Hare no Hi), based on the concept of 'delicious sushi crafted with artisan skill to your heart's content,' at Omiya Station in Saitama on November 2.

　The name 'Sushi and Hare no Hi' embodies the desire to 'bring back the lost celebratory days,' and it is a new business model offering all-you-can-eat sushi and tempura for two hours.

　 The interior of the restaurant, with all seats in private rooms, offers a high-quality private space centered around the warmth of natural white wood. In addition to table seating, we also provide sunken kotatsu seating, allowing you to choose according to your needs, whether you're a worker or a family.

　 The sushi toppings are carefully selected ingredients chosen by the brokers at Toyosu Market. The tuna is natural southern bluefin tuna, which is said to be preferred by many sushi chefs over bluefin tuna due to its rich flavor. The fatty Atlantic salmon, which has never been frozen, offers a delicate and smooth texture that melts in your mouth as soon as you taste it.
　 For the rice used in sushi vinegar rice, we selected a variety that is less sticky and slightly firmer when cooked, so that the vinegar blends well and the rice separates easily when eaten. The vinegar paired with the sushi rice is a fragrant and mellow red vinegar.
　 Tempura includes 15 varieties, such as simmered conger eel used as sushi toppings, grilled eel (kabayaki), and fresh sea bream of a quality that can even be eaten raw. ¹ Tempura, which is healthily and crisply fried by using a molecular cooker to reduce oil absorption, boasts a quality so high that it’s hard to believe it’s all-you-can-eat.
　 In addition, we have lined up a rich menu that includes assorted sashimi, snacks, and desserts to finish.

　 There are a total of 185 types of drinks* ² The 'Tea-Wari,' which allows you to combine your preferred mixer with eight types of tea, such as carefully selected Genmai Matcha and Hojicha from Koyanagi Seichi Shoten, a tea wholesaler in Shizuoka with over 70 years of history, offers more than 120 possible combinations to enjoy.

　 The all-you-can-eat options include two types: the 'Standard All-You-Can-Eat Plan' and the 'Premium All-You-Can-Eat Plan.' Additionally, we have prepared a 'Drink All-You-Can Plan' that can be ordered together. Not only for dining purposes, but for those who want to enjoy sushi as a snack with drinks, all menu items can also be ordered individually. For lunch, available exclusively on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays, we offer dishes such as 'Seafood Bara Chirashi Bowl,' 'Tuna Toro Cubes Bowl,' and 'Tempura Bowl.'

　 In conjunction with the opening on November 2, we will begin recruiting limited members on Japan's largest crowdfunding platform, 'Makuake,' starting October 29.
