Web order system introduced at Big Echo Takeout from October 1st.
Dai-ichi Kosho Co., Ltd. will introduce a web ordering and advance payment system that allows customers to order menus in advance from the website and take them home without waiting at the store, as part of the "Big Echo Takeout Service" currently being implemented at some karaoke room Big Echo stores*1, and will start on October 1.
Since April of this year, Big Echo has been offering a take-out service that allows customers to order at the store and take it home. *1
In order to make take-out more convenient, we will introduce the "Take Eats" system provided by Lamp Co., Ltd. from October 1st. It is a system that allows you to pre-order and pay for takeout from the website.
Whether you're at home or on the go, you can order and pay for menus from your smartphone or computer at any time you like. In addition, you can specify the pick-up store and time when ordering, so you can receive the product at a convenient store without waiting time.
There are a total of 22 types of menus that can be taken out. There are also standard snack menus such as "crunch potato", "chicken basket", and "takoyaki", as well as meal menus such as "hamburger steak Neapolitan" and "shrimp pilaf". In addition, we have a plate menu that is perfect for a party at home, such as a "party plate" that collects popular menus and a hearty "meat plate". *2
Due to the continued self-restraint from going out due to the influence of the new coronavirus and the spread of remote work, people have been spending more time at home. As the value of wanting to spend more time at home spreads, we responded to the voices of customers who want to enjoy the Big Echo menu easily at home. When ordering, you do not need to register as a member of the Big Echo and Take Eats systems. In addition, you can order even if you do not use karaoke.
