Daiichi Kosho Co., Ltd. will open 'Ichi no Torishou', a charcoal grilled chicken and egg bowl, and 'Mentaiko Pasta Mania', a chewy fresh pasta specialty store, on June 21 as a delivery-only shop where you can easily enjoy authentic flavors at home.
You can order through the delivery services 'Uber Eats' and 'Demaekan'.

Charcoal Grilled Chicken and Egg Bowl 'Ichi no Torishou'
Chewy Fresh Pasta 'Mentaiko Pasta Mania'
'Ichi no Torishou' is a specialty shop for charcoal grilled chicken and egg bowls and yakitori, using Daisen chicken, a brand chicken from Tottori Prefecture. The signature chicken and egg bowl condenses the flavor by sealing the umami of Daisen chicken with the aroma of charcoal and egg. You can enjoy the texture of both thigh and breast meat. The 'Charcoal Grilled Yakitori Bowl' is a superb bowl packed with our shop's charm, containing four types: cartilage tsukune, thigh meat, skin, and breast meat. The 'Charcoal Grilled Yakitori Assortment 5 Skewers' includes popular skewers like chicken thigh, negima, chicken skin, heart, and gizzard. Skilled grill masters carefully grill each skewer. The yakitori menu offers a choice of sauce or salt.
For side dishes, we offer 'Chicken Nanban with Homemade Tartar', which features juicy chicken topped with a generous amount of tartar sauce containing coarsely chopped boiled eggs, and 'Chicken Skin with Ponzu', where crispy fried chicken skin pairs perfectly with ponzu sauce.
'Mentaiko Pasta Mania' is a specialty store for carefully selected mentaiko and chewy fresh pasta. The oil-based 'Mentaiko Pasta' is a classic pasta with a refreshing accent of shiso leaves and plenty of mentaiko. Tearing seasoned seaweed and mixing it into the sauce allows you to enjoy the aroma of the sea. We offer a variety of dishes, from simple Japanese flavors to rich carbonara styles, such as 'Mentaiko and Shimeji Butter Soy Sauce Pasta', which features plenty of mentaiko, shiso leaves, and crunchy shimeji mushrooms on butter soy sauce-based pasta, and 'Mentaiko and Squid Japanese-style Carbonara', where you mix a soft-boiled egg with fresh pasta.
Since opening the fried chicken specialty store "Ichi no Karaage" in September last year, we have gradually increased the number of delivery specialty stores. Going forward, we will continue to make effective use of the kitchens of our existing stores and strive to develop new customers by providing services that meet the needs of our customers.
