　Daiichi Kosho Co., Ltd. will open the beef tongue hamburger lunch specialty store "TOKYO Hamburger Kitchen" on May 29, the taco rice specialty store "Tokyo Tacolab" on June 1, and the 60-year-old connoisseur grilled fish bento box "Tsukiji Iwata" on June 2 as a delivery specialty store where you can easily enjoy the authentic taste at home.

　"TOKYO Hamburger Kitchen" is a restaurant specializing in juicy beef tongue hamburger steak kneaded with coarsely ground beef tongue. The recommended menu is "Beef tongue hamburger bento with chaliapin sauce". The special Chaliapin sauce, which uses plenty of candy-brown fried onions, brings out the umami flavor of the 200g hamburger steak. There are four other special sauces: the standard green onion salt sauce, garlic butter sauce, and tomato sauce. You can choose from a variety of menus that combine fried eggs, fried chicken, cream croquettes, etc.

　"Tsukiji Iwata" is a grilled fish bento specialty store purchased from Tsukiji Iwata, a middleman wholesaler that has been in business for 60 years. The selected fresh fish is hand-cut into thick slices one by one, so that when baked, excess moisture does not escape, and the umami flavor remains and the finish is plump. Among them, the "Special Grilled Fish Bento Silver Salmon Saikyo Yaki" is a gem where you can enjoy carefully selected fatty silver salmon with a slightly sweet miso flavor and aroma.
