　"Ichi's Miso Katsu" is a miso katsu specialty store that sells "Rich miso katsudon with carefully selected pork loin", which is a bowl of Nagoya's famous miso cutlet. Using Hatcho miso, the sauce is made with a unique blend to make it sweet and spicy, and it is generously entwined with a soft pork loin cutlet.
