　Daiichi Kosho Co., Ltd. will open the omelet rice specialty store "Omurice Kitchen" (read: Omurai Suchubo) on March 2nd, the tempura bowl specialty store "Ichi no Tempura" (read: Ichi no Tenpura) on March 9th, and the nostalgic bento "Hinoichi Shokudo" on March 12th.

　"Omelet Rice Kitchen" is an omelet rice specialty store that serves three large eggs fluffily finished with butter and cheese and placed on top of appetizing garlic rice. "Fluffy Egg Garlic Omelet Rice with Ripe Tomato Sauce with 3 Kinds of Vegetables" is a tomato sauce with vegetables such as eggplant and paprika. "Sweet Potato Pork Roast Cutlet and Fluffy Egg Garlic Omelet Rice with Demi-glace Sauce" is a hearty dish with a bold top of sweet potato Sanyuan pork roast cutlet.

　"Ichi's Tempura" is a tempura specialty restaurant that boasts a sweet, spicy, and refreshing secret sauce that uses plenty of two types of soy sauce, tamari soy sauce and honjo soy sauce, bonito bushi, and apples. There is a wide variety of special menus, such as the "Tendon with large shrimp" with shrimp, maitake mushrooms, sweet potatoes, eggplant, and large leaves, and the luxurious dish "Luxurious seafood tendon with crab and eel" with crab and eel. In addition, you can add your favorite tempura to the tempura bowl, or you can order the tempura alone.

　"Hinoichi Shokudo" is a restaurant that specializes in nostalgic bento boxes with ginger-scented chicken and sashiwa musubi, dashi rolled eggs with plenty of dashi, juicy fried chicken with a little sweetness, and pickles wrapped in bamboo skin. Three pieces of fried chicken are included in the "Ichi Shokudo standard of the day! We have prepared "karatama knot bento" and "kara tamakumi bento with tartar sauce with rumbling ingredients" accented with homemade tartar sauce.

　Since opening the fried chicken specialty store "Ichi no Karaage" in September last year, we have gradually increased the number of delivery specialty stores.
