　Daiichi Kosho Co., Ltd. will open two delivery-focused specialty shops on February 27: 'Ichi no Torisho' (pronounced: Ichi no Torisho), a Yakitori & Yakitori Bento specialty shop using Daisen chicken, and 'Tokyo Meat Sauce' (pronounced: Tokyo Meat Sauce), a meat sauce specialty shop. These shops allow customers to enjoy authentic flavors conveniently at home.

　'Ichi no Torisho' is a Yakitori Bento specialty shop that uses Daisen chicken, a premium chicken brand from Tottori Prefecture. Skilled grill masters carefully prepare each skewer, coating them in a special soy sauce-based glaze with a perfect balance of sweetness and depth, making them an excellent match with rice. The menu includes items such as the 'Oyako Soboro Yakitori Bento,' which features minced chicken spread over rice, topped with grilled chicken thigh and rolled omelet, and the 'Signature Mixed Yakitori Bento,' which offers four types of skewers: cartilage tsukune, chicken thigh, skin, and tail. Additionally, the 'Yakitori Assortment,' which includes rare cuts, is available with a choice of sauce or salt seasoning.

　'Tokyo Meat Sauce' is a specialty shop that prides itself on its rich and flavorful meat sauce made with ground beef tongue, offering a robust meaty taste. The sauce is enhanced with aromatic vegetables that bring out sweetness and a touch of red wine for depth, creating an addictive flavor with every bite. The menu features dishes such as 'Beef Tongue Meat Sauce Spaghetti,' made with chewy fresh pasta, 'Beef Tongue Meat Sauce Spaghetti with Rich Cheese Sauce,' which is further enriched with a special cheese sauce, and 'Beef Tongue Meat Sauce Rice,' paired with saffron rice for a perfect combination. A soft-boiled egg topping is also available as an add-on.

　Since opening the fried chicken specialty store "Ichi no Karaage" in September last year, we have gradually increased the number of delivery specialty stores. You can order from the delivery services "Uber Eats" and "Delivery Hall" ^* 。 Going forward, we will continue to make effective use of the kitchens of our existing stores and strive to develop new customers by providing services that meet the needs of our customers.
