　Daiichi Kosho Co., Ltd. will open 'Sendai Kitchen,' a restaurant based on the concept of 'enjoying pairings of craft beer and carefully crafted dishes,' on the 2nd floor of JR Sendai East Gate Building inside JR Sendai Station on February 5.

　The interior features a natural atmosphere with a clean wood-tone design and greenery, creating an open space with large windows and high ceilings. In addition to counter seating for individuals or small groups, the restaurant is equipped with table seating and private rooms suitable for parties with multiple people.

　This is a place where you can casually enjoy pairings of craft beer served from our signature beer taps and delicious dishes. Two glass sizes are available, allowing you to try various types little by little. The dishes paired with the beer include dynamic oven-cooked meals, handmade smoked items inspired by barbecue, and a wide variety of other options.

　Additionally, as exclusive menu items at Sendai Kitchen, we offer six food options, including Sendai's specialty 'Thick-Cut Sendai Beef Tongue Steak,' the fluffy-textured 'Homemade Smoked Kamaboko with Cream Cheese Tartar,' and 'Ajillo with Miyagi Prefecture Sea Squirt and Large Oysters,' which lets you fully enjoy the flavors of seafood. We also have four local beers, such as 'Date Masamune Beer' from Matsushima Brewery in Miyagi Prefecture and 'Sasanishiki IPA' from Sennan Shinken Factory. Please enjoy these unique Sendai offerings.
