A new delivery specialty store
Taiwanese street food specialty store 'Taipei Kitchen' and grilled meat bento specialty store 'Ichi no Takumi'
open on January 20 and January 29
Daiichi Kosho Co., Ltd. will open 'Taipei Kitchen', a Taiwanese street food specialty store, on January 20 and 'Ichi no Takumi', a grilled meat bento specialty store, on January 29, as delivery specialty stores where you can easily enjoy authentic flavors at home.
'Taipei Kitchen' is a Taiwanese cuisine specialty store that gathers popular local gourmet menus from Taiwan. The Lu Rou meat, made with whey pork shoulder seasoned with a sweet and spicy soy sauce-based sauce, can be enjoyed in various ways: as 'Lu Rou Fan' over rice, as 'Lu Rou Noodles' with chewy medium-thick noodles, or as a 'Taiwanese-style Burger' sandwiched in fluffy steamed buns. Additionally, the 'Pai Ko Fan', featuring a perfect combination of crispy fried pork with spices and rich Chinese sauce, and the 'Tapioca Milk Tea', blending chewy tapioca with fragrant black tea, are also proud menu items.
At 'Ichi no Takumi', we offer 16 types of grilled meat bento, featuring beef, pork, and chicken, each carefully grilled. The 'Special Beef Misuji Grilled Meat Bento' is a proud dish made with tenderly grilled rare beef misuji. The 'Double Kalbi Grilled Meat Bento', which allows you to enjoy both beef and pork kalbi, doubles the satisfaction. We offer two types of sauces: tare and green onion salt. The tare is our original blend using special soy sauce with fruits like apples and kiwis, allowing you to enjoy tender grilled meat even after time passes due to the fruit enzymes. For those who want to indulge, we recommend the luxurious assortment 'Black Wagyu and Green Onion Salt Sendai Beef Tongue Grilled Meat Bento', which lets you taste two special grilled meats at once.
Since opening the karaage specialty store 'Ichi no Karaage' last September, we have been gradually increasing our delivery specialty stores. Until now, our services were available through the delivery service 'Uber Eats', but from now on, you can also place orders through 'Demaekan'.* We will continue to make effective use of the kitchens in existing stores and strive to develop new customers by providing services tailored to customer needs.
