Our group aims to provide enjoyment and brightness to society through 'karaoke' while contributing to people's healthy and enriched lives.

■Materiality (Key Issues)

Our group considers contributing to the extension of healthy life expectancy and the improvement of QOL (Quality Of Life) for the elderly in a super-aging society as key issues based on our sustainability basic policy. We are also earnestly working to solve various social issues, including environmental problems, through our business activities. We promote initiatives aimed at solving such social issues and have established an optimal governance system to realize a sustainable society.

■Governance Related to Sustainability

Our company has established a 'Sustainability Committee,' chaired by the President and CEO, to promote key issues based on the sustainability basic policy across the entire group.
This committee assists the President and CEO and the Board of Directors by cross-functionally deliberating and promoting the following important matters related to sustainability based on the sustainability basic policy decided by the Board of Directors, and it is held in principle once every half-year.
・Formulation and revision of basic policies
・Detection of key issues and execution plans
・ESG initiatives and progress
・Other responses based on corporate governance
Additionally, the committee's content is regularly reported to the Board of Directors twice a year, establishing a system to monitor the progress of initiatives.

■Risk Management Related to Sustainability

Our group's overall risk management is conducted by the Group Risk and Compliance Committee, but the identification of sustainability-related risks and the prioritization of risks that need to be addressed are examined in more detail and shared within the Sustainability Committee.
Important matters related to sustainability are reflected in the annual plan after discussions in the Sustainability Committee and are executed and promoted. The status of responses is also monitored by the Sustainability Committee, and the content is reported to and supervised by the Board of Directors.
