Daiichi Kosho's Sustainability Story
A colorful life
As a company contributing to a prosperous society
We aim for sustainable growth

Since its founding, the Daiichi Kosho Group has continued to grow by providing joy and entertainment to society, centered around karaoke.
The environment surrounding karaoke has evolved over time. The development of echo created opportunities to sing with a microphone, the development of electronic songbooks provided access to many songs, and the emergence of karaoke boxes became a place for people of all ages to sing. Amidst these changes, the Daiichi Kosho Group has established karaoke as a 'culture' by providing added value such as enjoying eating and talking, and deepening connections with people, not just singing.
The corporate philosophy of 'More music to the world, more services to the world' embodies the pursuit of 'the joy of singing' and 'the environment for singing' to have as many people as possible sing as many songs as possible. The desire of employees to 'make people happier and more entertained' is the source of growth for the Daiichi Kosho Group, and the fact that this is being passed down is a strength.
Currently, the environment surrounding society presents modern challenges such as increased mental stress, health concerns due to aging, and the creation of community spaces. As the need for emotional fulfillment and communication spaces is greater than ever, our company collaborates with governments, universities, and businesses to continue researching the health benefits of singing, such as stress reduction and dementia prevention. Additionally, by utilizing the functions and locations of our stores as workspaces or evacuation centers during disasters, we contribute to solving social issues through our core business while creating new value.
Furthermore, adding color to karaoke products and services brings joy to the store environments of our partners. The coin parking business, derived from karaoke sales activities, makes car society more convenient, and the food and beverage business, which continues to grow alongside the karaoke box business, provides a place for people to communicate.
We, the Daiichi Kosho Group, will continue to pursue 'the joy of singing' and 'the environment for singing' Singing ability to grow as a company that contributes to society.

(4) Towards Enhancing Corporate Value
Pursuing the potential of 'the joy of singing' and contributing to improving customers' quality of life (QOL)
Karaoke can be described as a 'memory industry' that evokes memories of the times through songs of each era, and as a 'health and happiness industry' that relieves stress and balances the mind and body through singing.
The pursuit of the joy of singing and the environment for singing contributes to improving people's quality of life (QOL), and our business, which seeks possibilities, is also linked to solving social issues such as the super-aging society and work style reform. It is connected to the United Nations' Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) aimed at solving global social issues.
In the future, the Daiichi Kosho Group will continue to pursue the potential of our core business of 'song and music' to create value in various fields such as 'stress reduction,' 'health promotion,' 'care prevention,' 'education,' and 'communication formation.' We will contribute to the creation of new markets and the resolution of social issues, while continuing to provide joy to all people.
